mini starter wiring
hey everyone!
project 350/5 speed is going great! just got in loads of parts, and can't wait for this heat wave to end so i can get the car running right.
so, i purchased this mini starter off of ebay ( i believe it's a hitachi) and the connections are different than the stock unit. the mini starter has two (2) big lug terminals (one with wire going into the starter, the other empty) and a blade connection. now i know the positive battery cable goes on the empty lug, it's other smaller wires i have no clue about. i'm guessing they are the switch wires? (just forgot the forum does let you insert pics with out them being hosted somewhere else. can we fix that please?)
anyways that's what's up. i took the starter off 4 years ago and memory isn't my best friend. point me in the right direction, fellas!

Re: mini starter wiring
The blade terminal your talking about is for the small wire, this is the wire that sends power from the ignition to crank the motor, all other wires go to the large stud.
