Re: Leaving 3rdgen world.. many parts for sale
Why not post any prices to at least let people know if they should even be interested or inquire about a particular item or items? I'm sure you have a ton of money in these parts, but obviously people are looking to pay less than retail. You probably have a price in mind for every item of what you would like to get, so why not just post it up?
Could save alot of wasted PMs and people wasting their and/or your time.

Re: Leaving 3rdgen world.. many parts for sale
All posts & P.M.'s have been replied to.
Pricing is very difficult to work out right now, since multiple people are interested in some items. Please be patient with me as I try to work this out, I'm trying to keep it as fair as I can for everyone. I have to factor in cost, plus cost to ship, plus consider how shipping is impacted by people interested in more than one item. Like I said, thank you for being patient and I WILL get back to you via P.M.
P.M.ing is just easier for me to track and know who I've responded to already and when, that's why I prefer it

Re: Leaving 3rdgen world.. many parts for sale
There are several people interested in the coil-overs, SFC's, exhaust, differential cover, brakes and wire looms in particular at the moment (fewer may be interested after price posting?). They are still available, but I can't make "guarantees" to anyone for those items.

Re: Leaving 3rdgen world.. many parts for sale
It's a 10 bolt, 3.42 gears, drum brakes, no limited slip even.
So it's nothing special, practically worthless IMO. It's really about as crappy a rear end as these cars ever came with, except for the gearing

Any pictures of this?
Mechanical fan and fan clutch for reverse rotation water pump. This what you need if you want to run a mechanical fan, with a serpentine belt system. ($50 for fan and clutch)
Thanks,
Dave

I'm interested in the motor. Can you tell me about it. I'd be interested in the short or long block only. How much do you want for it? Pics please.
Thanks,

Re: Leaving 3rdgen world.. many parts for sale
It's a carbureted motor, and to be honest the camshaft is not computer-controlled compatible. So unless you were planning to swap, I couldn't sell this to you in good conscience.
If you're still interested, P.M. me about it and I'll give you all the specs

As for the coil-over kit, it was installed but never driven, so zero miles. No chips in the powdercoated or anodized finishes, looks brand new. P.M. me your email address if you'd like to see in picture

I see in your sig you have TPI, are you planning to swap to carb?

I've had a few questions about the spring rate. Spohn only offers the springs in a 175# and 200# rate (small & big block, respectively)
I'd done a good deal of weight reduction, and a 150# spring was a better match for my car (there were no problems with ride height, if you're worried about that). So I ordered the complete kit from Spohn, minus springs and got my own springs in the same length, just lighter rate from Summit Racing. I hope that answers your question

Peach days eh? Sounds like you don't live all that far away from me
They have all the mounting hardware, what sounds like a fair price to you? They're in prretty good shape, I'd give them a repaint though personally.
