1991 3rd gen drum open diff $100
would like to trade or buy 2.73-3.23 .. 4th gen ONLY interest to me .. 98up posi disk preferred
any condition , priced accordingly
looking for MORE ! 3rd gen parts too
pontiac body parts .. anything and everything CHEAP I can find !
I live in GA ... near Atlanta ....
going to KY to get a trans .. gotta cut through TN to get there ...
next trip is FL to get a motor ...
SC NC are always options ...

Have a 94 posi 4th gen with 2.73's. About to install. Would trade for your 4th gen rear but gotta keep my brakes if it doesn't have any. I am in Birmingham. Shoot me a pm.

I have a 91 3.23 posi drum 10 bolt here, needing rebuild. I might be interested in the 4th gen rear, just let me know.

I have an open diff 2.73 drum brake 10 bolt out of an 89 Formula I'd trade you straight up for the 91 open diff 3.42, but I'm in central NC.

Also, if you'd rather not trade, I'd buy the 91 rear end from you if you can get close to central NC on your way up or back.

45 miles NE .. completely the other end ... we've given up on 3rd gen rear axles .... 4th gen posi disks are way too cheap, easy to find, and operate. not to mention LOTS of options for rims that'll hold sticky tires ... me a nooooob ? .. now that is funny ... 
Which side of 'near' Atlanta are you on? I'm about an hour and a half southwest, and my '92 RS has an open diff, drum brake rearend with highway gears (I think it's 2.73 but will check for sure if you're interested in an even swap). Any idea how to correct the Speedo after swapping ratios? Is there a VSS driven gear that matches 3.42 gears?
