572 big block ?
ZZ 572/720 Im just curious to know has it been done to a 91ish TA GTA? or would the frame not be able to handle it no matter what you did.

It would physically fit in there just fine, as long as you had a taller hood, or no hood at all. You have alot of chassis and driveline strengthening to do though... TOUGH subframe connectors, 9" or 12-bolt aftermarket rear end with 33 spline axles (or better), a very tough driveshaft, and a stout transmission... a modified TH400 probably being the best bet.

Axle/Gears: 12 bolt soon with 3.73s
rear end is about 2500-3000$
trannys about 1500-2000$ that ive seen that will handle 950 hp
the sub frame connectors would be have to be made and put basicly every where u could lol with a full cage
lol puting a 572 in a 3rd gen would be really cool but it would also kill you with the cost

These are all issues your going to run into when putting a 572 into pretty much nearly every vehicle you can think of.
A non unibody vehicle might not need a full cage... but id recommend it.

Why stop at a 572. Just go right to a 632. Those engines are tall deck blocks. They're not as easy to swap in as a short deck block. The biggest short deck block is a 540. You can make a 540 into a 571 by boring it out to the maximum but the bore/stroke isn't the same as the 572. I may punch mine out to 571 some day.
Using a tall deck block means a lot of custom fabrication. You won't find any off the shelf headers that will fit so expect to pay between $1000-$1500 just for some custom headers. Clearance for the wiper motor and heater is tight enough with a short deck block. You'll need to use a tall deck intake manifold or a short deck manifold with spacers.
As mentioned above, it's not all about the engine. The entire driveline will need to be replaced to handle that much power and the chassis will need to be strengthened.

I have a 632 sitting in my garage with an 8-71 on top (I know the blowers small but plans changes from a 502 - 632 and I already had the blower). Nitrous and 2 holly 1050 blower carbs but no accessories yet. The bigger things still needed is to do the fuel system, rear and cage. Im at about 10 grand for just the motor/blower and carbs but I got the parts pretty cheap. Also you can go up to a 588 on a standerd deck BB by using a merlin block and a 4.625 x 4.375 bore/stroke combo. Dont know how reliable it would be though. Mines being build mostly for show.
