Me too, it's def no 10 second car the way it sits now. I can feel it not pull as hard when it gets up to 4000 rpm. I have a feeling it needs more fuel. I'm going to order a wide band this winter.

my 383 felt like a turd for a while and it was dead lean. Richened it up it felt faster but really kinda seemed disappointing at first. Then first pass it went 11.67 when i thought it would go low 12's. I was amazed as it didnt feel like i thought it would. Speed has funny perceptions on the butt dyno

IROCthe5.7L I must say you're builds have inspired me since the beginning, your first build is what made me love the idea of the HSR, (you may remember me bugging you in PM, long ago haha).. And now that my HSR motor is done i finally stumble accross this.. and you've surprised/shocked me again!.. and made me want to upgrade further rofl..when my wallet will not allow it lol

You need a high flow lid, gutted lower airbox, larger MAF, and some tuning..
Need to let that motor BREATH!
Nice ride!
Just noticed we have the same sign on date.. we're getting old

Pretty good. I thought for sure I'd need a vacumm canister. But the brakes are fine. No different from when I had the h/c/i L98. With the vigilante stall it doesn't need a lot of gas to get going. I'm happy with its street manners.
Thanks! I'll have a 58mm throttle body this spring. I don't know where to get a high flow lid or maf. I do have a gutted lower airbox and equipment to tune.
Yes we are. Those were the days. Racing everything that moved. Going to car meets, the street races, the track...etc. Now I'm 30. Engaged. And bought a house. It's a struggle to find time to work on the car. I can't complain to much, life's good.
