Sure, put a Dynomax Race Bullet muffler on it. That'll solve your 'problem'.

lol. yeah, cut off your exhaust! haha.

Orrrrr you can build something like this.

If you get long tubes or make addapters, you can buy this from me. I am trying to sell it, it is way to loud for me.

Shakes the house, and the tools off the wall, haha. I am gonna be getting rid of it for around 130 bucks. Still not sure though. Let me know if you are interested.

Well a Dynomax "Bullet" is just the muffler itself. Seeing that you have a 5.0L engine, im guessing that you have a y-pipe set up with that runs a single muffler with two tips coming from the one muffler. So in this case.. yes it would work, but you would only have one exhaust pipe - which im guessing is something you really dont want.

I suggest looking into a electronic exhaust cut out. I run a custom y-pipe out the back in the stock location. I cut out the caty (right under the passenger seat) and put the electric cut out there. I run a flowmaster muffler out the back, and I love the sound. I didnt want something like a "Bullet" because its that loud ALL THE TIME. And when I say loud.. I mean there is no direct baffling in the Bullet set up. So with the electronic cut out, I can run it wide open like I dont even have mufflers, or shut it down for late night/in my subdivision cruising when you want it to go easy on the ears.

Plus, youll never forget the first time you flcik a switch and open your exhaust next to some punk wanting to race you. The "aw damn, I just s*** my pants" face is quite humorous.

Hey outlaw, what you said reminds me of my old Dodge Dart with 440, little punks would pull up to me in their daddys Trash Am's, (No insult to Trans Am owners intended) and rev up at me..I would roll my driver side window up, and much to their horror my name and numbers were on the window in white adhesive letters..It was amazing how many of them suddenly acted like they lost something under there seat, and they had to look for it at the same moment the light turned green...Ya woulda thought they would have seen the damn roll cage...........LOL
