Clarifing the Hooker Long tube installation.
Hey, I'm building a 383 stroker and I was just curios, I read all through the guide on the Sticky and was making sure that all this works. Reading it the installation sound decently easy for installing them but has anyone else done this and what were your prices that you bought the Hooker 2210 for.
Another question I had was with how the exhaust will go im planning on running true duals and to those who have dont it with this set up would I be better off going with somthing like just ending the exhaust right before the rear axle or should i go over it. Any advise would be helpful.
Thanks
Jon

well if you search you will find tons of pics... but if you are planning on supercomp full length headers its not really easy...
just get the front end about 3 or 4 ft in the air. about high enough to stick the headers at their tallest under the car.
if you are installing the before the motor its as easy as placing the headers in the hole and then the motor

ok yea I have yet to build the motor i just bought the parts for it monday so its not in yet. So your saying its much "easier" with the motor out. What about running the true dual Ive seen alot of variations I'm just wandering what will be easier or more cost affective without restricting exhaust as far as side exit or straight out the back or down.
