Mustangs... Thirdgens??? HOW???
I live in Missouri the law here for exhaust is this.. "it has to go behind the backseats..."
How are the new ROUSH Mustangs having this dual exhaust go out right befre the rear tires, which is under the back seats? I couldnt do it, but they can? how are they getting past inspection. i relize it came from the factory like this, but...
I asked the guy that inspects my car. he thought about it for a second and said "man, to tell you the truth i really dont know, Never inspected a roush yet... ill look into that"
B/c i was going to run some side pipes but he said he couldnt pass it legally...
so how are they doing it?

My guess would be, there is an exception for manufacturers. In other words if the vehicle came that way from the factory, it's legal. Even though Roush is modifying vehicles, they probably have a manufacturer's license, so for all intents and purposes they are considered a factory.

just like tinted windows... you can only have them 35% on the front in missouri.. so you can see out of it (safe) but you can have a motorcycle helmet on with the visor pulled down and it can be as black as you can get it???? LAWS!

This just might be one of the funniest threads I've seen in a while.
But always remember that none of this really is Illegal....
Illegal is merely a sick bird.
