Like the title says. Looking for the complete a/c system. Just about everything but the compressor. Controls too. Inside duct work, outside housing, yu know, all of it. Thats what I am looking for. The whole system from one place, if possible. Looked under dash and I dont need the duct work, but the housing that contains the air doors, heater core ect. Need controller too. Shoot me a price, going to U pull it tommorow. They have one car, been there since june so hopes are not to high. You have any pics?

Do you have a Non-AC car ?? Is it a Camaro or a Firebird ? What year is it? There are differences in the systems so it's important that all the pieces work correctly together. (Condenser lines run different on a TBI than a Carb for instance.) If you do nave a factory non-AC car then there's actually a lot of parts needed to install AC.

Let me see if I've got the list right:

AC heater box ( engine bay )
AC Heater Core Box
AC Blower Controller
AC Wiring Harness

AC Condenser
Rubber condenser mounts
AC Evaporator
Evap to condenser Line
AC Hoses
Relays, Resistors, Correct Blower Motor


That's what I can think of while sitting here. If you specify what year parts your looking for and let us know what your working on,.... we can better help get it running for Ya' !

Well its an 85 camaro, had a/c before. The guy I bought it from was turning it into a racer so he pulled all the hvac stuff except the duct work. I have put a first gen engine in it and the a/c compressor is now on the passenger side so not to concerend with the lines to compressor because not in stock location. Will just have them built. So with that said, guess I need everything but lines to compressor, and the compressor itself. Everything else you listed sounds right. My first 3rd gen, so I really dont know what all is missing, Lol... Thanks for your help.

That's a lot of good additional info !! One more question, What is your ZIP code ??

I've got all the parts, but putting it all togther will create a pretty big box - and shipping big boxes ain't cheap. ( I'd also be worried that the condensor might get damaged if it was packaged along with other large parts. )

I'm not gonna' take 50 pics and try to get price & shipping quotes for everything because there's a 95% chance that you'll get these parts locally, but at least you know that all the parts ARE available to get your AC running,..... even if they 'have' to get shipped !

Ok went to You Pull It and got most of the stuff I needed. Missing a few things but have a line on them. One piece is missing that I have no clue about. Can anyone tell me what goes here and does anyone have it. Thanks
