I think the Kenny Brown STB would allow some room to maybe put your pipes either over top or perhaps tuck under... Maybe if you ran the two pipes directly out either side, then ran them towards the front you could have enough room to make it work...
That pic is from a Nova, I think something like that would work great if you didn't want to use your air dam in the front... Otherwise, maybe some smaller pipes and run them over top?
I have the hotchkis STB on my 85 Camaro and I have the TPI dual snorkel set up, with a lift off fiberglass hood. It fits without any mods, just measure carefully on the placement of the brace, but it works just fine.

on my car i cut out the scoops on my twin turbo hood. then i took my aircleaner and got another one just like it. cut the air intake "arms" off each one. then took my bottom pan of my air cleaner and filled the original hole.
i next took both the arms and put them so they would meet up to the opening on each scoop and marked it. then i cut out the intake holes on the pan and welded the arms on fliped upside down than original because the angle makes them clear the Ac pump and Altenater and bring them to the scoop openings. i will try and get pics.
Why don' you modify some sort of tube off the intake, to go to the stock dual snorkel aircleaner, and remove the baffles from the bottom, I have one of those now, and several snorkel setups, if you need some.
