Mono Blade Throttle Body upper plenum for HSR
Just like the title says wondering if any one has ever done this, I would like to fabricate a sheet metal upper intake and use a 101mm mono blade throttle body on my HSR base.
any input would be awesome im currently messing around with autocad to try and do a rendering.

Well the plan right now is to have a plenum made out of aluminum, and use a gm ls1 throttle body right now im stuck on using the fast 102 big mouth throttle body,
that carbon fiber plenum is awesome but 1k little out of budget.

We have been running the CF Plenum now for a year and all has worked very well. It isn't cheap, but there is a lot that went into making the molds as well as the finished part. We have made 3 thus far.
As for the monoblade, what happens with you IAC? I guess you would need to mount it on the plenum instead. Our car makes about 450 rwhp, and don't believe the 58mm is any sort of a limiting factor, I would say after 500 rwhp you may see a drop off.

As far as idle air control the ls1 tb has an iac, I plan on running a f1r procharger so I foresee a limit
