Re: 1st Car Show
Not into the Kitt thing, even though it was THE show in my generation, but it looks great. Give the painter props if you want, but I don't need to tell you you did the real work if you did the bodywork.

Not a fan of the kitt scene either, but the bodywork, paint and overall appearance of that car is outstanding
The panel alignment, gaps and overall finish look better than the actual car from the show

Car looks incredible. The body work is dead on.
I don't wanna cloud the thread with unrelated things, but where did you get the drip edges for the T-tops? Are they plastic or rubber?

Re: 1st Car Show
Thanks guys!!! I've been having a blast working on this thing the last month. I'm glad I did this show as it put me in another gear and got some stuff done!!! As far as the T-top thing. Those are the reman'ed ones from Hawks. I liked them, but some were a little scratched so, I sanded down the plastic and tried to make them look like the original rubber from 82 type. Turned out cool looking... Sanded with 400, 600 , then 1500..... Looks just like rubber type. Bodywork was fun for sure...... Now to do interior seats/panels...and I'm about done!!! later

Marc,
I just want to say, your car is f'n amazing. I have never been a huge fan of the Fire/Ams, but I would KILL to have a car like yours. I am sure there are countless hours and cash into it. GREAT JOB!!!

Anything and everything is on this.... again, I still have interior to do , this was a bodyshop show so cars unfinished were welcomed. Hope that link helps if anybody has questions. I used to post everywhere , but since have now just done 2-4 boards with info. Knight Rider ones and occasionally this one and Facebook.... You guys have a good one
