Hello 3rdgen,
As always, I would like to thank you for all the help you all have provided me. I am looking to get my interior done in all black (1989 RS LS1/T56).
For the dash, all I can find are these crappy sick on trim kits. Is everyone using these? WHY ARE PICTURES OF THESE KITS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND?!
Where can I find a kit that replaces OEM dash trim as oppose to sticking on top of it?
yea, I thought of using trim paint. My console and dash are 20 yrs old and in bad condition. alot of the parts need to be replaced. I guess I would use the paint, IF i could find replacement parts to install first.
Guess I am assuming the dash parts are sold in black. Am I correct or wrong? How did you restore your dash?
you can buy the dash already in black, including all the trim. i believe that would be the best; most efficient way to make sure its done right and comes out looking the best.

Where can I buy the dash and all its parts NEW? anyone?
