Interior speakers?
I am currently looking at both the Xplod line and the Pioneer brand 4x6's for the back of my 82. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations? My back speakers just blew out, and my front speakers have been fried since i got the car. I would like to replace all in one swoop.

Re: Interior speakers?
Im running 4x6 infinitys in the dash and 6x9 infinitys in the rear with a sony deck, kenwood amp and (1) 10 inch jbl sub and the sound is amazing. Perfect balance of highs, mids and lows.

Re: Interior speakers?
I have had the 6 x 9 xplods in the rear.
4 x 6 Boston acustics in the front.
2 10" in the little cargo cover.
I also had two amps. one for the rear and one for the cargo area, none for the front.
My system was geared more for clarity than bass.
With the t-tops off - gotta have something louder than the wind noise!
I have had no complaints.

Re: Interior speakers?
I had the xpolds in my old grand am. They sounded pretty good, for the cost I couldn't complain.
