No accessories? You know what turbo is on it to gauge compressor housing diameter?
You can make anything front mount work but likely will have to move rad forward for clearing electric fans. I wouldnt do pusher fans, they dont seem to work as well from what i've seen in a 4th gen
Also want to brace that turbo

Hard to tell but I would say a manual master cylinder would be needed and 100% moving the rad forward a lot.

I've seen similar done to a 4th gen, but your pic seems to have non-truck exhaust manifolds. Also the turbo needs to be as close to the engine as possible, and lower seems better for fitment. Plenty of space available to move the bottom of the radiator forward, if you're willing to do the work.
You'll need to fab support brackets from the engine block to carry the weight of the turbo, when those pipes get hit they can let gravity pulling on the turbo pull them out of shape if you don't add proper support.
