Re: Before and After

You should have done this B4 we put headers on it, looks like it would have made it a bit easier.

Re: Before and After

man that looks good however i would hate driving during winter with no heat. Or do you just have coolant flow threw the heater core all the time.

Re: Before and After

Coolant flow through the heater core at all times.

Same setup as Heat Only cars came from the factory.

Oh ya and Mike just in case you were wondering what the $40 AC delete pulley looks like:

I'll post some too, it has just the right amount of stuff in their IMO. I wouldnt want to delete any more things and risk it becoming too empty.

Re: belts..

93.5"

Pretty sure i have an underdrive crank pulley because its half the size of most cars ive seen. I just used what fit, the sticky on the main page didnt help.

Re: Before and After

the cone filter sucked up too much belt shavings and dirt, so i went back to the stock airbox and stuck a k&n on the end of that.

i ran the same times with the cone verses the stock airbox with cone filter on the end of that. temperature also didnt effect my car too much since I ran 13.4's when it was 90 out.

id leave the stock airbox you have since its a very decent flow and cold air source, looks fine to me also.

Hey, where are you guys getting those A/C delete heater boxes??
Does deleting the heat divertor valve make the cabin warmer in the summer?

Re: Before and After

I got mine from a guy on here for like 85$ shipped. Then I refinished it. Sanded, Bondoed, Flat Black paint.

The heater system actauly has an air control valve. With the setting on cool there is no air going through the heater core. So no hotter air.

O hey I still have your master kit I stoped by at the show and you wernt there.

I havnt been to one lately, damn women lol.

I will see you guys soon. Maybe this friday come to think of it.

I also got mine from the same guy Mike did, but mine was only $80 shipped . Anyway if your still looking for one in the next couple months mine will be for sale. And no getting rid of the heater diverter valve will not have any affect on cabin air temperature except if you still had A/C in your car.
