My baby is gone :(
That's right guys the IROC is gone. It totally sucks but I got a really great deal I couldn't pass up. I traded the camaro for a 99 Denali and $2500 cash. Anyways I'll still hang around the boards and I will certainly go to the gatherings as well. Here are a few pics of the new truck.

Nice... Hell, I probably would have traded the guy too. That $2500 would pick me up a nice project thirdgen for sure.. While still having a hella nice SUV to roll around in.

Nice deal, I prob. would have kept the iroc since it was so clean and will prob. be hard to find another one just as clean. But school comes first so I understand.

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. for starters suv's are dead, not hip.in style anymore especially gas guzzling anti green suvs like a denali. second i doubt a college dude like u needs a big denali?its cheap fueling it now (8 mpg) but if you believe the economy is going to rebound gas will also and you cant afford 150 a week gas can you? unload that thing while you still have some value in it and winter(4x4) season is here and gas is low.keep a few extra bucks and buy a simple commuter car.something that really fills your needs not your ego.

wtf..suvs arent dead? hellooooooooooo gm shut down some of their suv plants for good, ford dropped excursions......shall i continue? i know you have a family and neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed such a big car to haul them around.ever wonder what folk or "families" did before suvs were around??????? do you think they were forced to walk? you get 15 mpg in the city...lmfaooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
GM says there no plan for a layoff in Arlington. There's another explanation for the overtime. A General Motor's Mexico plant stopped making full sized SUV's, and the company has moved up the closing date of its other full-sized SUV plant in Janesville, Wisconsin. After December, Arlington will be the only plant producing Tahoes, Suburbans and Escalades. So even though annual SUV sales were 46 percent lower last month, GM's Wendi Sabo says Arlington must work harder to pick up some of the slack.
hmmmmmmm 2 out of 3 plants closed for good but suv's arent dead? tell that to the huhndreds of workers whos jobs are "dead". sure sales are up recently but up from nothing isnt a big deal and theyre still way below what they have been. the masses have spoken. a new page has been turned.

Nice truck. It is very funny to hear someone complain about not being green and burning too much gas. Is this a performance website about large engines and horsepower? Am I an the right place? Personally I earn the right to burn as much gas as I want when I pull out my hard-earned money and pay for it. I also have the right to each as much chinese food as I can afford! I own 1 SUV, 1 Camaro, and 1 firebird conv. Each of which burns tons of gas. If you want to talk about being green- perhaps you should check out some environmental conservation website and leave us gearheads alone!

Re: My baby is gone :(
hey man, nice truck! Pretty sweet you got the previous owner to give you the truck and 2500 cash. Finish school, get a good job, build an even more bada** f-body. Got to get the priorities right, hard to drive a family in an f-body.
