completely stock except for flowmaster cat-back i got a 2.0 60' on bald street tires with no burnout(just spun them before the line to clean em off, but no smoke) and i ran a 15.400 at 86mph. i think the key for you to improve your 60' foot times is to roll into it more instead of just smashing it to the floor. Try launching your car so that you have no wheel spin, then progressivley launch it harder until you find it's limits. keep the rpm at 750 when you launch though. higher rpm=less traction.

Don't be afraid to try different air pressures. I cut my alltime best of a 1.54 with more air in the tires. Heavier cars seem to 60' better with more air. I would recommend to start at 16 PSI. Then work up and down from there. If I run less than 14 psi, my car gets a little scary at the big end. Something to keep in mind.
