Where is everyone from??
I am originally from Grants Pass, Oregon, but I am currently stationed in Norfolk, VA (the armpit of the U.S.) in the Navy. I will be transferring next month though to Bremerton, WA to go to the USS Carl Vinson and I can't wait to get back to the good ol' Pacific Northwest. I'm looking forward to meeting many of you and hopefully the Seattle area has some sort of T/A Firebird club like we have had over here.... any of you feel free to contact me and hopefully we can get together.

Damn another person in de Navy... a guy by the name of Randy is going out to Norfolk in a couple of days for 4 months for schooling he doesn't need... he works on subs though... but he's out in Bremerton too
We just had a gathering with our local crew members, hehe... Cascade Crew is the best for 3rdgen F-Bodies (quality over quantity ) ...
I'm out in Monroe though, nice little boring place... the rest of us range from southern oregon all the way up to BC somewheres hehe
Can you get me a spoon from the Armpit as well???

Sure Demon, I'll pick up a spoon for you. And Amorget, I know the gathering here that you're talking about, one of our club members, Stella Cooper, is helping arrange the Va Beach get together. Hope you guys have fun. I would like to be here for it, but my desire to get back to God's country, (not to mention the govt's need to get me there) will make that impossible. Plus, as soon as I get to the ship we leave for a six month deployment, it still might be a while before I meet any of you guys. But hey, where else would I rather be than sitting off the coast of China??

Craiger: every Sunday at SIR they run Test N Tune, Mission is doing the same, also on Sunday. Other then that the racing doesn't start for another couple weeks... they delayed the start of most of the stuff at SIR for a week due to a rain out at one time or something.
Anyway, thats about all I know :-)

Hey guys!! I've been on the list for a while now, just found the Cascade list!!
I'm in Arlington Smokey Point area, and would love to meet ya'll! (at least, as soon as I get the T/A back on the road that is... anyone good at diagnosing T-5 probs?!!) I'm also finishing up my last 4 1/2 months from 20 yrs in the Navy, working at SIMA Everett.
G/f lives in Lake Stevens and we could get to Monroe easily, for any type of gathering there!
Later guys!
Paul

Holy shnit, Poncho! I am like 15 minutes away from you! You aren't even a long distance phone call!
If you want give me and afternoon that you are free and I could try and stop by and maybe we could do a little work on the TA. I am not too great w/ a T-5 but its always nice to have an extra hand
If you want give my cell phone a call (425) 344-646, I'll normally get messages w/in 12 hours.. normally...

AmorgetRS, dude! I thought I was pretty close to ya!(didn't know THAT close!)
I brought the tranny down to Ed's in M'ville and realized there's not much else he could do and still stay in the price range I could afford. He called Fleury's and I can get one thru them, as soon as he gets another one! (He had a good one sitting on the shelf for a month, and they got rid of it day before yesterday! AAAArrrggghhhh!!!)
So, whenever he gets it, I'll get it and put it in (I'm getting wwaaaaayyyy too good at this!) but I will definitely be giving you a call! (whatchya doin' this weekend?!!)
Another thing, when is the next swap meet/car show at Evergreen? Isn't there one this month? Or is the next one in Mt. Vernon? I don't remember...
Talk at ya'll later!

Let me see, this weekend... well, I am pretty booked, sorry. My birthday weekend and I don't even get to do anything that I want to do... oh well.
If you ever get an afternoon free most of them on I am free on, other then that my afternoons on Sat. is normally free.
Hopefully we'll be able to work something out...
