Yeah only problem is that the last auction was a "private" one where you are not allowed to see the bidders ID's, the item sold for under $2K and he has it up for auction again with some sob story about that the last winner was a deadbeat with no money. More like a deadbeat seller. I wont enter into a private auction because the seller can bid against you and inflate the price, which is obvious it happened here. Only an idiot would believe this crap.

Ebay seller slimzr28
The Winning bidder of the last auction backed out and bid without having the money. The winning bidder of this auction will have to pay a non refundable deposit of $1000 within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The rest of which is due 48 hours from the end of the auction date and time. I will hold anyone that wins this auction liable for complete payment before the time specified or I will report them to the rightful authorities and leave them negative feedback without thinking about it. I am sorry for me be so harsh about this, but the last auction was won for $1925 and the guy that won it tried to give me excuses for 3 days and then told me about his whole life story of not having the money and why. This is an auction and I reserve the right to cancel anyone's bid. If you do not have the funds available on your card or in your bank account please do not bid. Thanks and have a great day. Thanks for looking.
You can see that he never left negative feedback on that supposed "deadbeat" mystery bidder right here
FEEDBACK HE HAS LEFT ON OTHER PEOPLE

Bid what you'd pay, and if it goes for more, who cares. If it were an open auction, I'm sure he could have his buddies register and bid for him anyways.

Somebody explain to me what the point of a private auction is (on ebay, for car parts, I could see it under different circumstances)? The only explanations that I could ever come up with center around protecting a seller that is trying to pull one over on the buyers, like if the product isn't what it is advertised to be or if it was stolen or something and the seller had some expectation that someone will contact the bidders with real info…

Car: Guess
Engine: Crazy 8
Transmission: So close to being a manual I can taste it
I have a question about the orginal auction. Wouldn't that kit, since it is for a P/U be mostly worthless on a third gen? I know the 'charger itself is going to be the same, but aren't the brackets and plumbing going to be all different? Just curious...
