Another VIN decoder
Are there any other vin decoders out there? This our first 3rd generation car and we do not know anything about them. I thought breaking down the vin # would be a great start to know exactly what we have. Just trying to get all the info we can.

Dozens of them, just do a search on the net. The VIN won't tell you anything more than what I've got listed above though.

It is a pontiac trans-am two door hatchback with manual seat belts with the L98 5.7L TPI engine, it was made at the VAN NUYS plant,and its sequence number at the plant was 208408. Hope this picture helps explain it.
