just a few pics and yes the dash isnt cracked and the seat aint torn, needs paint tho and I still have the stock fender vents and later gta bumpers and a mostly complete gta gfx kit...... will email...

SOLVED!!!

the problem was 2 fold some cute little bugs had made a home in the primary vent tube partially blocking it.... and secondly not replacing the gas cap with a vented one pressurizing the...

that is exactly how I bench set the floats because I cant get the motor to run to do it right...........needle and seat are new and visually spotless......I lifted the float by hand while blowing...

oh and funny thing is I put on the Holley 570 street avenger off my TA on it and no more flood so Im thinking its the carb not pressure....the 1850 carb dumps fuel if I put the site plug in......bad...

Fuel shoots out of the bowl vents sometimes so I doubt it but hey its worth a check.......

I went and bought a cheap "dead head" Fuel pressure gauge that works with carb or efi - I cant run it...

Ok first - the car: best I can tell it was a lg4 Camaro, but the motor was swapped, its an unknown "rebuilt" "350", performer intake, unknown heads & cam, came with a holley 1850-3 on top. bought...

If you removed the TBI unit you removed the TPS= Throttle Position Sensor= No more lock up for you=Trans over heating and eventual damage as I've come to understand....I'm so glad mine is a Manual

You can google "700r4 tcc lockup switch diy" and spend a few days reading and or buy a "700r4 tcc lockup switch kit".... those are the options that will keep you 20 year old trans happiest...... or...

Why not just ditch the upper and make the adaptor plate bolt directly to the lower? Youd have to make the plate bigger and possibly thicker, and depending on the skillz on the millz u might have...

I cant find a fuel leak anywhere, thats the reason i swapped injectors, I figured i had one stuck open.....and I replaced the FPR when I did the injector swap, I havent rechecked the fuel pressure...

No, car wouldnt run at all until I replaced the pump........old Pump wouldnt prime....new pump, ran when started on ether, only primed to 10 psi and pressure leaked down to zero in about 2 seconds,...

Ok gotcha, will do in the AM... found the values in the Haynes....my manner of thinking is that since its popping back thru the intake that it HAS to be a sensor that alters timing that is bad...

Forgot to add NO SES LITE, Seafoamed the Shite out of the fuel system - 3 full cans, replaced the fuel pump and filter, replaced all 3 coils & ICM with "tested good" units.....and all 6 injectors...
