(Just going to C&P from Craigslist. Please note I will NOT ship the car as I have no idea how the hell it would happen)

I'm selling my 84 Camaro Z28. I had plans to restore it but decided that...

Re: 86-92 camaro roller

I've got a Camaro up for sale. Not sure if you're still looking or not. It's still got the engine and tranny (something isn't working, thus making the car a roller lol).

Re: 87-89 Iroc Wanted 5spd.

I know this doesn't fit your criteria to an exact "T" but I'm looking to move my Camaro. Not an '87, but it's got the front end from one (and engine) and IROC badges/wheels.

Re: Have you named your Cars?

Decided to name my 84 Z28 Jayden. Not sure why I picked Jayden, but I've always thought it was unique.

Until I have my first kid (girl) or wreck the car, she will be named Jayden.

Got bored between when I posted and now. I opened the hood, disconnected the battery, took it out and cleaned battery cables via the Coke method. Cleaned the bolts as well as washers (not sure what...

Not sure if this is the right section. Mods, feel free to move if it isn't.

I own an 84 Z28. The car currently has power windows. I'm not sure if they work or not. Regardless, the driver's door...

Re: Replacing Starter

Update;

Got the shitty tire replaced, aka no more donut tire. After that, brought the battery to AZ for a charge. Battery was holding a charge up to like 2.6 so I ended up replacing it. They only...

Replacing Starter

I've gone against my decision to sell my 84 Z28 and figured I'd give it another chance. I basically felt that I didn't give the car a chance before I'd sell it. As far as I know, the car needs a...

Re: Hill's rebuild (84 Cammy 'IROC/Z28')

I'm not 100% positive but I think the Camaro will be going into storage shortly as I need to save $$ for a new daily driver. Damn winter and icy roads >.<

Re: Hill's rebuild (84 Cammy 'IROC/Z28')

Ran the VIN on DecodeThis.com;

"Year 1984 Engine Type 5.7L V8 OHV 16V
Make Chevrolet Driveline rear-wheel drive"

Ran the VIN on carfax; they claim it's a "5.0L V8 4BL OHV".

Ran it...

Re: Hill's rebuild (84 Cammy 'IROC/Z28')

The only leak I was warned of was if I turned the car on it would leak oil due to the gasket valve cover. The owner before the guy I bought it from stripped the AC out for whatever reason. The heat...

Re: Hill's rebuild (84 Cammy 'IROC/Z28')

Re: Hill's rebuild (84 Cammy 'IROC/Z28')

Well the only way to tell a 305 or a 350 is to check the engine for any markings, than run the casting number online correct?

Re: Hill's rebuild (84 Cammy 'IROC/Z28')

Re: Hill's rebuild (84 Cammy 'IROC/Z28')

I suppose I should've clarified. I'd like to pull the engine, but I'm not going to do it just to replace it with another 305. If I do the swap this month from a donor car it'll be a 350 (or if I'm...

Replacing valve gasket cover?

Well, a little about my ride. It's an 84 Z28/IROC (I put this since the last owner decked it out in IROC logos yet it's a T-Top). 305 TPI engine, 350 Turbo tranny. Bought the car, had to tow it. To...
