Lead Foot, how did you "hard wire" both fans? I've been wanting to do that, being that I need both fans on 99 percent of the times in this South Texas sun. For now, I've had to run the A/C in order...

It's actually the panel that goes under the steering wheel where the fuse box is located.

Thanks for the advice, I will try that this weekend. BTW, I travel thru Cary NC when I visit my in-laws, very nice part of the country. Love all those pine trees and lakes.

I just got a 88 IROC Z convertible, 305 TBI, it too is running rich. Of all the suggestions here, what would be the first thing one should check/replace?
