Cooling issue resolved

This is a shout out to everyone with a cooling issue. I was having problems keeping engine temp down, and after much trial and error, I just concluded that I needed more airflow across the radiator....

Pulled my ECM today, it has a label marked blue streak electronics on it. I assume this is not a factory ECM. The prom, however, does have a GM sticker on it. Any help? Thanks.
