Bump....EGR also replaced, at timing 6 it was running real good and idles perfect. I went thru emissions at timing set to 0 just in care and just failed on hydrocarbons and CO. Would going any lower...

Thanks for the reply paulo, i'm in Vancouver, Canada they don't check the timing up here. Any of the BC guys have any input on the timing. Im sure someone here has retarded timing to pass...

well I used MAF cleaner cause I figured it would be gentle enough and I sprayed carb cleaner on a cloth and wiped the IAC.

I read somewhere ECM could take few drives to relearn could that be it?
