Man! I used to have some. Ill have to look and see if I still have them. I believe I either have a vette setup, or a camaro setup. Or maybe a combination of both.

replaced the ICM, still no spark. Guess its time to do more parts testing.

It points towards the ICM being bad. So off to O'Rallys for one. Or would it be worth it to buy a nice new distributor?

Its a carb, and When I mean cap, I also meant coil as well. Its a standard HEI distributor, I will check that website out and test later on tonight.

Got the trans pulled apart, I have one synchronizer ring broken, and a broken shift fork. Im looking to find parts to replace them, not too worried about rebuilding it, but replacing whats broken....

Alright guys, been a little bit. The trans is finally out! What a pain in the ***! The shifter rail bolts are in place, the input shaft is in one piece. Guess its time to tear it apart!

Ahh gotcha, I have driven by there a couple times. Yes has an LT, not a very good instal, but it does its job. I would agree, 4th gens are too cramped.
