Check out Lowering 101 in the suspension section I just read it as I am going to do this soon also. I found some great info and it helped me decide on cutting some moog springs.

I changed the fluid in mine 6 months ago. When I first got the car 2-3 shift would slip if I was really on it and now I have to let off the gas and let it shift so it doesnt slip. The car had 124000...
