89 Camaro door lock won't turn

In my 1989 Iroc, the passenger door lock refuses to turn. The automatic locks do work but neither those, the key, or the manual switch inside the car will lock the door. Its like the lock is frozen....

I just finished removing the headline out of my 1985 camaro. The only issue is that the guy who had it before me decided to crazy glue the trim pieces above the driver and passenger doors to the roof...
