Swapped the prom when we swapped ecms. Should we try it without swapping the prom? Not sure what year the other ecm is either. The roller is a 89 formula but dash was swapped.

Donor car ecm was also tbi. It was a remanufactured ecm. 89 tbi formula. Winaldl is what we used.

Can just look at the cones and tell to much fuel but also blacked o2 and plugs. Smell and black smoke also. I'll post the logs.
