Re: Options with a 10.3.1 CR

E85 would be a problem.....I'm in Canada and we have about 2 gas stations that sell it :D. I think the head gasket might be a feasible solution. 0.120" and then go with my B&M for now? (The price is...

Options with a 10.3.1 CR

Hi there! I am seeking advice on my options for power adders for my 350. At first, twin turbo looked appealing, but it seems as though it would make the current setup (recently purchased and...

Right on Linson! I'm from Victoria and had I taken that photo a few more degrees to the right, Port Angeles would've been in the background. I love getting to drive around with the Olympic Peninsula...

Say, there's a thought too. Just checked them out, and it looks like I wouldn't need to drill anything extra and probably use my stock setup.

Re: Hood pin thoughts?

That's really slick looking! I like the classic pin look way more than the 2 odd keyholes I have on the cheapo Mr Gaskets. I don't really see the benefit of locking your hood anyways! It also seems...

Re: Hood pin thoughts?

Thanks Ron! that's one of my biggest concerns is the amount of drilling/dremmeling I'd have to do to sink them in. I'd definitely be bringing her to the shop where I had her painted to hear their...

Hood pin thoughts?

Just put a new cowl hood put on (Made by T&N in Vancouver), and it is rediculously light so I want to use pins, but I'm not too crazy about the ones I got on now! I'm thinking some carbon fiber...

Re: Cowl Induction Air Cleaner Build

Thought about it, but the way my hood is, I would have to alter the cowl portion anyways, (Mine comes up and over, no hole cut-outs or anything). So I figure this might look a little cleaner once...

Nice! Tons of info there. I wish I could post a pic of the underside of my hood, but it's getting painted right now. The ring seal or cake pan method looks a bit easier, but the way the hood just...

Might have an issue with getting the pan above the distributor too, but nothing a couple of spacers or bends couldn't fix.
