I got the answer from the factory.

The shapes and sizes are correct.

The big one goes behind the driver seat, the small one is for the passenger.

I replaced the o-ring and it is still leaking

The leak seems to be coming from the bottom of the connector, where it attaches to the round thing.

Does anybody know how to fix this or...

Editing the BIN and burning the BIN are two different things, and not sure how it works with the Moates kit, but in this case are separate things. You use TunerPRO to edit the BIN and the programmer...

I just did the "screwdriver" test, but instead I used a stethoscope and in fact, none of the injectors of bank 2 are clicking.

Yes, it looks smooth to me and several people that have looked at it.

I did a compression test BEFORE taking the heads out and all the cylinders had around 165-170 psi.
