Problem solved.
Connectors were not unplugged, but a Throttle recalibration was necessary, I imagine that is why TPS was showing up..
Prom error is from the APU1 loosing its flash when running...

I most gaurantee it that you have an INTAKE Gasket failure and your getting Water from your heads into the EGR port which comes from the INTAKE and goes to the EGR... Then it will fill up with water...

I would recommend
If you cant set up a pre-oiler then disconnect your ignition and fuel systems and crank the engine with out firing it up for at least 20 seconds... or untill you see oil pressure for at least 10...
