i got mine during the summer, and the pro-kit didnt work because the coils were thicker and wouldn't fit up in the perch, but i'm sure they will fix that when spohn makes them.

The BMR is a nice, i had the edlebrock but wouldnt fit under my fiberglass SS hood, so switched to the BMR. Have to say that the BMR seems to be better made.

LS1's are going to range anywhere from 2k-3k depending on milage and year. For a good Engine/trans set up your looking at about 3500 for a auto and 4000 for the manual. These are just the average...
