check wires around starter solenoid, sometimes headers fit so tight that you dont realize it but the starter wires are touching the headers and grounding out, and while your at it you mine as well...

if the egr is not your problem then manually open...

if the egr is not your problem then manually open up the throttle to where you say it blows the fuse and check your linkage to see if its snagging any wires at that point, you have a short somewhere

i didnt get any replies so i started where i thought i should,i took all the dash panels off where i could get to the switches, they appeared to be fine, no burnt wires, i had checked all the fuses...
