gmtech is right. it looks like the metal has kinked and any time the metal has kinked it has to be replaced.if the body shop doesnt replace it, the car will be a liabilty risk.

the fronts will work just bolt your seattracks on the 2nd gen seat, and for the comment on reclining, your right they dont recline but are very comfortable, much more comfortable than my old 3rd gen...

just take apart your shift knob and you will see the button is spring loaded and pushes a plastic stick to disable the neutral switch, just take that and put it in a old computer joystick. ill try it...
