Max DCR for 94 octane

Can i run a 355cu Static compresion ratio of 11.20:1 (Dynamic 8.5:1) on 94 octane if i keep the engine temp on 170 deg F :confused:

M/T ET Drag 28x9x15 lock right locker stock 3.42 gear.Almost lift the tire off the ground :) at least on thr right side ...i think that on the left it got some air...but no one to tell :rolleyes:

Do if change my L69 305ho for a LO5 350 (stock except for a XE268 cam) worth the swap.The 350 is free $ just need to replace the cam & some gasket :hmmm:

I was using a th700 with 4.10 with 27"tires it...

I was using a th700 with 4.10 with 27"tires it was fine like 2300rpm at 65MPH.
Then i swap to a th350 still hade th 4.10 it was ugly 3500 at 60mph so i switch to a 3.42 its now pretty fine for me...

Just call comp cams and they said that cams finishing with a 8 like 12-772-8 are cast and they can be used with the stock distibutor gear & fuel pump push rod so no need for the bronze thing.

The Hi-tech lifter are not suposed to be used for sustained idle cause the main oiling is crank oil splaching on it...I alredy got the Hi-tech one So i check the endurex ones with a groove on it that...
