Ls1 master with stock brakes

Can i use the ls1 master with stock iron caliper fronts and rear drums. I plan on installing an adjustable proportioning valve and the c4 front conversion and keeping the rear drums

hood clearance

I am putting a 350 in my 84' z28 and I was wondering if I will have enough hood clearance with the stock hood. I have a weiand action plus manifold and a holley 4160 double pumper.
