Okay, so i just disconnected the VATS and the same exact thing happened where i turn the key and no crank. I tried starting the car with the jumper wire i ran from the starter solenoid...

Well, i have the old street legal edelbrock shorty headers. which i think have 2.5" outlets. So, i would just need the y-pipe with 2.5" inlet and 3" outlet. I will probably go with the hooker...

i believe the problem with my voltage ended up being corrosion in and around the main battery connection at my starter.
