Okay, so i just disconnected the VATS and the same exact thing happened where i turn the key and no crank. I tried starting the car with the jumper wire i ran from the starter solenoid...

I'm not sure i have a security light, but i'll double check next time.
Key is not worn, it is fairly new, I do have a backup key i can try next time it happens

Well, i have the old street legal edelbrock shorty headers. which i think have 2.5" outlets. So, i would just need the y-pipe with 2.5" inlet and 3" outlet. I will probably go with the hooker...

When I turn on the headlights (flip ups) sometimes the motors will get power, and sometimes they wont.

They always have power to the headlamps themselves, but the harness that goes to the motors...
