Looks like there is more missing there than the cap that was linked by mantaguy ...there should be a little door, or flap that protects the tumblers from the elements, as well as the outer flat...

If it's the yellow single tube/caulk gun seam seal, it's garbage...It will dry out and crack to the point that you will be doing it again in a year or two. Especially if you laid it on "extra thick"....

Definitely source original bolts. Seat belt bolts are specifically for this purpose. They are a safety item and will be the correct length, pitch, and hardness.

Those are Keystone wrappers...did you "send them out" or replace them with "new aftermarket"? If you did indeed send them out, how were you assured that they recond your existing GM parts and return...

If you painted to the tape edge, you won't "get rid" of the line. You can minimize it by wetsanding and buffing down the edge, but that will burn off both the existing paint and the fresh paint on...

Depending on how may finishes are there, I'd probably start with 120...If you have one factory finish, 120 should remove it in short order. Having one finish on a 30 year old car is probably a pipe...

You can try "Bulldog" brand, by Kleenstrip. They have made some good products for a few years. Try your local paint jobber...

I'd steer you to sand it, then. I get pretty leery of heavy strippers...

That doesn't make any sense...If you're pulling parts for the paint, and engine swap, then edge the parts while they're off, and paint the car correctly. Jambs that get left the original color look...

I'm not sure that GoodMark is actually using electrostatic coatings, or a dipped...

I see your location, if you are using the Goodmark hood, I would get some kind of corrosion protection around the perimeter before you do any other prep work. I had a few of their hoods start rusting...

They used to have the 4 digit represent both colors. The first half was main body, second two numbers were accent. (or vice-versa). Then for a while, you actually got the accent color on the SPID...

Looks like the piece the glass adjustment sweep bolts in to so it can slide... once the piece is bolted tight, they clamp together. This one should be underneath the sill. (If my recollection serves)

You're forgetting a good place to nest...That's the main reason for cars. I can guarantee you mine was clean, vacuumed, and wiped prior to storage.
