Never mind, Found it. its under single fire/double fire.

Its currently set to 19.48 @ 40psi. I have not touched it. Is that correct or should I set to 19.00?

Ok got it. delay worked. I used a spare ECM to run the emulation and worked really well. occasionally it would just disconnect and stop working but i think windows has something to do with it...

the full vin is behind the heater box on the firewall. I had mine out on my 86 and 83 and it was there stamped into the firewall. there is really no easy way to change that vin unless it was filled...

yeah they are OE. I really dont think its the adjustments. I have adjusted them while the motor was running and the tapping never went away, i turned them tight to where it was effecting the motor...
