Possible connection between code 13 and cannister purge valve?

I've got an 89 GTA L98 that's giving me a code 13. I replaced the O2 sensor, and the injectors but can't seem to find the problem..I am also getting a nasty half burnt fuel odor....Thanks,Brian

Unplug the low pressure switch and jump it with a paper clip, then try again. If that doesnt work then check for voltage on that same plug. If theres voltage there than it's probably the compressor.

I had the same problem with my GTA. I just unplugged the relay thats under the dash (Behind the panel where the ecm is) while the antenna was up..The antenna is always up, but it's never a problem..

I would suspect either the relay mounted on the firewall, or the light switch in the dash..I had a similiar problem a couple of years ago and it turned out to be the dash switch.
