rear brake pressure

what is the best cheapest way of increasing rear brake presure with drum brakes?
I have a 3800 tsi stall and cont hold tires past about 2000 rpm
stall is tight but I should be able to hold it...

the 4th gen isolators will make it sit about an inch higher than 3rd gens
thats what i use on mine but I had clearance issues with the top of the rear end and bottom of the fuel cell box

yes it locks up and wants to stall out the motor if I hold the throttle a little it wont stall but does push the car
also has very little to, no line pressure

has a 3800-4200 stall converter from tsi in a 350 turbo but it is locking up as soon as it is put in gear trans was built by jackson...
