ls1 fbody dipstick length?

I ordered a "fbody ls1" dipstick and the part number stamped on it is 12580830. I cant get that part number to cross reference at all.

What is the length of a ls1 stick and length to hash marks?

Never could get a definite answer whether the lt1 caliper and rotor was the same as 1le.Ended up pulling the rear and installing a 10 bolt then modding it for the lt1 set.

Turns out the bolt holes are completely off. None line up. And the lt1 rear caliper mounting plate is way thicker than the one taken off the 9 bolt. So no way to hold the axle against the bearing...

I was told the A/C request on the 03+ computers is a serial data signal from HVAC control module, no wire input to trigger ac.

In my area,noone really uses longtubes.Too much crap to drag them on and collapse them.

But thanks for the point in that direction.I thought longtubes were in the 800ish catagory.

After I removed it,the slave would only push down that far.New one was also unhooked and unmounted when I checked it.

All the fluid was gone out of it by the time i removed it so I couldn't tell...
