ESC module

Just wanted to know what voltages I should have from the ESC module with key on engine off.
I tested:

B. 12V
C. 9.2V
D. 0V
E. 0V

Are these normal readings or am I suppose to get voltage...

All the heats sheilds are on, I dont have a crazy setup, just stock with rear mount turbo, headers are wrapped but I thought to turn on the fans around 80c.
Both NB and WB o2 sensors are in tight.

Charcoal canister is removed, the line is vented, gas cap is fine, the mushroom vent is good.
After running the car for 30 min or so I have no pressure build up in my fuel tank, only when I plug off...

I have the hot wire kit from Racetronix, even got the bulkhead connector that replaces the stock on the sending unit.
I have no prime anymore, pump runs as soon as I turn key on, takes around 7...

I cant tune my car, using the EBL and it always learns.
Car can surge when Im at a stop for a long time.
After a while of running the car it seems like the pump is tired, wines, this is my 5th pump...

Thanks for the reply, I am on my 5th fuel pump trying to figure out my fuel pressure loss syptom after 20 min driving.
When I prime (override the relay) the fuel lines it sounds like it takes 5-8...

I installed a rear mount turbo on my 87 GTA by doing that I had to delete my muffler, but Im looking to install a muffler if possible between the cat and turbo.

Just went out to try, turned key on without starting pressure was at 41 psi after a min it dropped to 35 psi and kept dropping, by 2 min it reached 20 psi.

Fuel filter was changed a month ago, fuel strainer was changed when I changed the pump few months ago.
Initial fuel preesure is at 43 psi vacuum unplugged, plugged around 35 psi, have new Holley...
