before spending that kind os money and effort 1st try this......buy a can of never-seize or find lock-cylinder graphite spray and a can of air-duster,the air-duster and graphite spray are the best...

looks to me like 1:A (in the pic) is nothing more than a water-to-air based inter-cooling system for the turbo-charged engine....and anyway,why would anyone want to force hot air in an engine?...
