i bet there is excessive clearances within the engine somewhere, when engine oil gets hot, it thins, making it more viscous, the thin oil is not acting like a guard, as it would when its cold, this...

yeah i thought immediantly somethin is goin on with the regulator, it shouldnt slam back to 0 pressure as soon as you kill the ign. if you find out why its doin that, you may fix your complaint

check the bottom two, 0.45 volts closed opening progressivley to 5.0volts, it should be a nice smooth transition, you dont need to ohm it out if this is ok, obvioulsy do this with the key on, engine...

i had a tpi 5.7, with exhaust, msd, air foil, ported plenum, underdrive pulleys, and maybe some other oddball stuff with a true 100 shot of juice (wet kit), and never had any problems

i dont know what kind of car you are putting this in, but if your putting it in a thirdgen camaro/firebird, then you most likely are going to use shorty headers, and shorty headers will not clear...
