Problem with the power windows

Yes the windows definitley suck due to many a things.
I have problems with both of my windows.

1. My driver side window will not go down unless some force is applied to it...I will go up if it...

Thanks a bunch for the info...I was kinda torn between a couple. I hate that sound that comes out of some of the V6s without a good system.

Good exhaust system for a V6?

What would be the best system for a V6 3.1 that has good sound/perf. and doesn't end up sounding like a *****?
