Someone I know has a 92 RS where his speedo was the only thing that wasn't working on the gauges. He wanted a replacement cluster so I sold him my cluster pulled from a 92 RS that worked 15 years...

A little dirty, good shape otherwise. Very minor scratching on a few of them. The rear hatch center trim does appear to have a small hole towards the bottom.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Is this a modified dash? No, Will it fit a thirdgen? Yes. These dashes fit with no modifications, only simple mounting skills.

You are going to need a set of spacers. From what I have heard, 2 inch spacers will do the trick.
