LOL, I saw them do it on TV and that is exactly what happened. Wasn't sure if the glass came off the same way on every car. Also saw them do it this way online. :-)

I see 2. one on the radiator itself and another by the air cleaner on the pass fender. Those were the 2 that I checked first.

Yes, the one on the pass manifold controls the secondary fan. Do you know which of the 5 relays in the car control that fan? that is the one that I need to check to see why it is not activating. ...

this is on the pass side by the header right? if so, it is still connected. I dont know if the secondary fan not working has something to do with this issue?

350 TPI fuel injection. just as an FYI, the problem started just after I had the pass side header gasket replaced. Dont know if that was just a coincidence or not.
